Birdman is a short story about social outcasts and how we can assimilate, assume and accept even the most weird things if the media or the government gives them their approval and say we have to do so. Birdman tells the story about a city that had been altered by a huge inter-dimensional breach in the skies, which have mutated most of the population in hideous (and sometimes hillarious) ways. The government and the army assign them horrible random jobs and force them to go to therapy groups in order to make of them useful citizens, while noticing the difference. As the satire it is, Birdman has plenty of jokes and gags, and is pointed out to show the story laughing while reflecting the awful truth that it embodies.

Birdman es una historia corta sobre como podemos asimilar, asumir y aceptar cualquier cosa si los medios y nuestro gobierno le dan nuestro apoyo. La historia comienza en una ciudad donde, sin razón aparente, una brecha interdimensional se abre en los cielos, ocasionando horribles (y a veces, bastante graciosas) mutaciones en una buena parte de la población. El gobierno y el ejército les asignarán nombres clave y trabajos aparentemente al azar, buscando sacar un provecho táctico de las mutaciones "útiles" y reciclar a los mutantes en ciudadanos funcionales a la ciudad que habitan. Como la sátira que es, Birdman tiene muchos chistes y situaciones humorísticas que usamos para mostrar, a través del ridículo y la risa, la realidad horrible que muchos personajes viven.
