Another hero that does not have an inside voice. They use their loudness to control crowds or villains. His signature move is stomping which with stilts can generate a sonic boom. Wear headphones if you're on scene with him >_>
Cory doesn't talk much because he does not know how to control his volume.

He was sold by his parents to a travelling circus at a young age. At the circus they taught him how to stand on stilts and encouraged his volume as it was all part of his act. But once he was older he volunteered as a hero in the south part of the stickman district. Since he left the circus he had to support his life financially. So he got a job as a costume designer for movies and has been living off of that. (Which means he probably met Tom's parents since they were actors and does NOT like them.)
He's more of the sassy type of guy who is very blunt.
No one is aware that Stilts and Cory are the same person.
