Beautiful composition, and the sepia works gorgeously here. Also, I love the cello lurking at the left side...and the muscles in the woman's arm are amazing.

thank you! I wanted to show the cello in this shot. I would like your opinion: Do you prefer this or [link] ?

Hmmm...well, I'd say the pose in the second shot is much more powerful, and the emotion is striking. But the composition of the original makes it more of an impact. If you could crop the second picture so that it doesn't have as much negative space and maybe play up the shadows, I think you could have a really fantastic shot. (:

The layout of the picture truely captures the tension between the two.
A really nice photograph.

I think that depends on what you want to put the emphasis on..
"Tango, in BA" focuses mainly on the atmosphere created by those thwo dancers in the café (or wherever the scene takes place) ...the cello complements the composure
"Tango", on the other hand, concentrates truely on the dancers and the emotions they share in this passionate dance..
So if your intention was to portrait the dancers i would say you did a better job in "Tango".
Personally, however, I prefer "Tango in Buenos Aires" because not only it shows the said tension between the two, but it focuses also on the surrounding and the scene. - It tells a story.
I hope I could be any of help.
