Kovu: Let's get outta here. We'll run away together! And start a pride... all our own.
Mufasa: Kiara something's troubling you.
Kiara: Who are you?
Mufasa: I am your grandfather.
Kiara: Are you my grandfather?
Mufasa: Yes Kiara I am.
Kiara: Grandpa my dad exiled Kovu without letting him explain his side of the story.
Mufasa: Kiara, Kovu hasn't done anything wrong.
Kiara: I know but my dad doesn't believe in him because he was the one behind the ambush. So we decicded to run away and start a new pride of our own.
Mufasa: Kiara you have let your family fall apart and in doing so you have broken the Circle of Life.
Kiara: The Circle of Life is broken?
Mufasa: Yes Kiara much has changed since you ran away from your pride. You have to help fix the problem.
Kiara: How can I?
Mufasa: The only thing you could do is tell him to put the past behind him so you and Kovu can be together.
Kiara: I'll keep that in mind thank you grandpa.
Mufasa: My pleasure Kiara and remember we are one.
Kiara: {chuckles} Kovu... we have to go back.
Kovu: You're kidding. But we're finally together!
Kiara: But Kovu remember what Mufasa said our place is with our pride. If we run away, they'll be divided forever.
