I just drew mine separate and copied it to a new layer :3 Then you just move it around and you can change the opacity up near the layers

Quesiotn, how do you get that watercolor seal on there and the name? I mean i can never get to make one that is just almost transparent and doesnt bother my art. But other than that, GREAT ART!

Well, you need photoshop. If you do, just copy the image, make it small, go to opacity and make it the transparency of your choice and move it wherever you want
