My Dark DayIts raining outside,
and the lights
are bright inside.
But to me,
they are dark
as night.
Because I feel
as if I had
my own little storm-cloud
raining down on me.
I am as soaked
as I would be if
I were standing
outside
in the raging storm
My day was as dark
as night.
But now, as I stare
into the storm,
I look forward to
seeing
the big, blue sky,
a bright, bright sun,
and a sparkling rainbow.
