Never let it be said I don't love how much detail is in your art.
It looks like you put your heart into it, and I have to admire that.

The colors are overall good.
And I really like the little bubbles in the water.
The only two problems is the faeces, but I already told you that before, you don't need to hear it anymore.
And the tails, in my opinion they have too much detail.

I'd just suggest adding more sunlight coming from behind the merman on the top. Y'know, to add more emotion.

Hello, how are you!!
I really liked his art, so I decided to analyze it constructively!
I a beautiful art, which gives us a magical feeling and love. I do not know his story but they seem to be a prince and a mermaid princess of some magical kingdom on the seabed.
The colors used are very strong, in a soft tone to express something like, magical and perhaps romantic.
I loved the effects of the water imposed on the work, left well set that they are in the sea and still gave a beauty to the art.
the visuals of the characters are very well detailed, decked out and harmonious with the sense of the work and also enjoyed the creativity of this mermaid species with seahorse ears and she with feline ears (I think).
The shadows of the placed in the drawing are very light, not containing black but a darker tone in the skin, making the work lighter and clearer.
The anatomy is perfect (in my view) I do not see anything wrong and I really like the cute expression of the characters.
To conclude the art is a show of effects and light that gives a magical and sweet tone to the work that infatises well the moment of interassion between the characters.

Very nice! It's eye-catching and your characters are well-designed and proportioned. The only thing regarding the characters I would have to say is to exaggerate the expressions a bit more. It's my personal opinion (so you can take my advice or you can ignore it), but since it looks like you're going for a anime-ish style I would add more exaggerations to there faces to provide a little more personality or atmosphere to the scene.

There's also a little bit too much going on in the scene compositions-wise. Part of it's the setting, but part of it is also your lighting choice. Since the scene takes place in the ocean, you might want to go more for a beam of light, rather than a splattering around the page. You might want to also take away some bubbles from the foreground in order to simplify the piece all-together (because the bubbles are so bright, it takes away from the characters in the background). You might want to also make use of darker and more exaggerated shadows. Right now, your piece makes little use of the light to dark gradients some other art pieces go for. Underwater by MindSqueeZe emphasizes what I'm trying to say.

Anyway, please don't take my critiques as insults to your art. It is truly a wonderful piece of art, and I wish you the best of luck on your contest! Hope it helps!
