Description
You ever have one of those "stuck" moments? I can't seem to move on my other projects, so I started developing yet more Nyanko plush - a doughnut set. There's a box that goes with this too, but that's still in concept stage till the plush are finished. The doughnuts are (upper left to right): Holes [cinnamon & coconut], Cruller, Yeast [w/pink icing], Twist, Jelly, Bear Claw, Long John, Old Fashioned [chocolate].

It was a lot of fun researching different doughnuts, balancing out the colors, and enough variety of treats/sizes to make the set as a whole interesting. These are the final concepts, where I've worked out all the fabrics, paints, and stencil areas. Some of the cats will be removable. Just thought I'd share the process with all you fellow seamsters and artists out there for insight and general fun! Soon these critters will be reality!!
