So, I watched Black Swan for the first time the other day, and it wasn't half bad. Really. Just that Nat and Mila are horny little lesbians that never really had it made no sense... But hey, whatever.And I was scrolling on the net today, and thought it would be funny to do this.

Not really sure what your problem with this representation of the meme is, it seems like hundreds of others I've seen floating around the internet and they're usually mildly amusing.
The movie itself is well known for the lesbian scene between Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis, so it's not really like Catgal is doing something wrong or confusing the scene.
As for why the lesbian scene was there, Catgal, it was to represent the change from Nina being nieve and predictable to being promiscuous and impulsive, allowing her to develop into the Black Swan character and express those emotions.
