I can't believe I totally forgot to upload this to deviantArt out of all places!
The drawing actually finished on November 30th.
My main aim was to experiment with colors and light to set a certain mood. I grew to like it a lot. =///D

Overall impression:
It looks very quiet. She seems to enjoy the sunrise and someone interrupted her.
Background;
I really like the sun. It is so light and the rays look very good, especially the ones to the sky. The sky itself is a bit boring. You've drawn some clouds near the sun, but they are not detailed and have no shadows. And the side, where the sun isn't, is not dark enough.

Character:
Her pose is not relaxed, which leads to my association of being interrupted. I like her hair. It is very detailed and lively. The rest of her lacks details, especially her shoe and pants are boring.
One thing I think is really not good, is her shading. It doesn't fit to the position if the sun. Her shadows indicate the light comes nearly directly from the side, while the sun is very much behind her. For example her right arm is very light, although nearly no light from the sun can reach the side, I see in the drawing.
Color:
I like the colors. The are natural and calm which fits the atmosphere. I also like that you use hard and soft shadows for different purposes. I think, you need a bit more courage with really dark colors for the shadows.

Makes sense, the sky has a sort of emptiness on the right side, now I see it.
Also, definitely her shadows would need to be quite different.

I know you weren't wrong to put a shadow coming off her from the sun, but something about it makes the sky look flat. Maybe because it + the clouds getting thicker form a sorta tangent into the blue space behind her? Idk.
The rock formation is my favorite part of this, really nice job.
