Great piece.
I especially love the composition of colours, the contrast between the black dress and the red bow ties. Also the places where you placed the ties, seem quite interesting and fitting at the same time.
Also love, how her left arm looks, the shading there is almost perfect. In comparison, the right one looks a bit flat, I think, you could deepen the shadows a bit.
The hair - although done with only a few strokes - works fine with the dress. I assume the blue and red on the bottom part is the lighting? Then you could maybe add a bit of those colours to the dress, to make it look like a whole piece.

To be clear, the design is based on the official Mayu character design, so the placing ribbons etc was just me trying to get as close to the original as possible. The multiple hair colors at the bottom are part of the design as well but using these colors for the light situation would have been an interesting idea.
I definitely agree with the lighting of the arms though!
