Incase you tourists forgot..... we drive on the left side of the road down here ^.^There are a few of these sprinkled around Wellington (This one was on the corner of Willis Street and Lambton Quay), all of which I found insanely funny, yet at the same time very, very serious. I had my fair share of near misses with a city bus or two.... because I kept forgetting that to take notice of the traffic coming at me from a direction I didn't expect >.<

Just kidding! Luckily, Wellington has alot of one way streets, so its kind of hard to tell the difference, but.... well.... let's just say not all of them are one-way streets!
Where in NZ are you? I saw briefly on your page that you're from Auckland.... and where did you live in the states? For how long?
I miss my little country; its been 2 years since I was there; February - June of 2008, so I'm having little anniversary days now of when I went different places, etc!

ROTFLMAO to everything above! When I first saw it I was leaning against the street sign post to laugh my feet off!!!! I took that picture for my brother as much as I took it for the LOOK RIGHT backwards driving thing... Ooooo I was almost hit by MANY a taxi, looking the wrong way LOL!
They're so cute, I love every single one of them! Countries tat drive on the left are definitely in the minority in the world, but they're SO defensive about it! Playfully, but my boyfriend is always bickering with me about it LOL (I'm originally American, and I live in the US now, but I left my heart in NZ.... so.... that's why my dA says I'm from NZ)
You need to see this little country though! Most of my photos on dA are from there, take a look at them! The land is just... paved with glory... And I didn't even get to see everything!!!

It was LEGIT chasing! I got done with replying to one comment, refresh my page, and my messages just SKYROCKETED! I went from having 3 messages to having 32 the matter of an hour! Granted, I do have the feature going, but with the double comment/favs, it was like 'O no.... she's gotten into the BW gallery too.... the sepias are next....'
