Felicia Eliza Laslo is a daughter of Commander Laslo & Ner-0. She is also Bernard's younger sister. You can guess she is daddy's girl and even if she is younger she can do more then her older brother. She has got love to dance after her father so if you are looking for Fe-Liz for sure you will find her in Haze Club. Little Fella (as General Delta is calling her) is mean and curious person. She loves to meet new things same as she loves to pissing off Bernard (so she was the one who said everybody about her bro's relationship with Blizzardon's girl).
You can also notice that Fe-Liz is a minor character in the series but she complete Laslo's family perfect.

Only I could sketch something secretly at subject and back to home for a hour between other classes to finish it... yes I'm overworking myslef - and I love it Here goes Fe-Liz Laslo. I really hope you like her official design
