I love how you've worked all of the make-up colors into the eyes themselves - and the added sparkles to the make-up look lovely.
I feel like the smudge tool was a little overused, however... only because parts of the eyes are left unsmudged, in a way that the image is left.. sort of out of focus.
Pretty, though. 
.. maybe I need to play with more make-up today....
