One of Alaska's first photographs.I wasn't sure if she'd survive back then.
And everyone who looked her called her a creepy gremlin, eh.
But my baby did survive, and she's now a beautiful healthy cat.

Thank you RI for showing this picture! I put it in my favorites! Look what you did for her! Like Lucy, she was really sick and looked horrible! Look at her now! Look at Lucy now! This is how we are blessed now by a gorgeous, healthy cat! It is a wonderful picture! Lucy's look like that is titled haggard lucy. We all have that first picture of their desperate need for help. She is so lucky that you found her in the nick of time! You are the best!

She has brought so many of us along on her journey, through many trials and tribulations, brushes with death, and filled our hearts with unending joy at the end of it with her meowing her way into the heart of her new human, who undoubtedly will love her the rest of her days as much as we all have.
