Good eye, the font is called "Tengwar" it's based off of Tolkin's elvish language. I just needed a random fantasy font to indicate the text belongs there so I choose this one cause it looks very nice.

Yup, tengwar, PLEASE don't go translating it though, it's just jibberish so that the actual user can put in their own text. Text in an alchemical array is like the options menu, you personalize the minor details to fit your desired outcome and skill level.
