Hmmm....the facial structure looks like a man....but the lips are femeine I can't spell....the eyes and hair could go either way....I'm gonna go with either a very girly guy or a very manly woman.
Don't worry though. I can't draw men AT ALL. You can pretty much tell my genders apart by their hair length or their chest.occasionally. Ugh, I need to ask to teach me anatomy. -_-
