This is Star Haze (aka. Haze), Amber Star 's older brother.

When he was older, he lived with his sister and his parents in a little house. They all lived a happy life; his parents loved him so much. When Amber was born, he felt the luckiest colt in Corona, There was something in Amber's eyes that told him how much they would love each other.

A year passed and it was late at night, Haze was alone in his room when he started thinking about teens, and what the cool colts used to do in movies. Haze smiled at that thought, he wanted to be like them. At school, Haze wasn't really the most famous batpony, the most intelligent or either the most friendly one... he just was there; he didn't had much friends. He thought that, If he smoked in front of the cool guys, they would accept him.

Haze walked down the stais and saw his mom's lighter. He turned it on, looking at the flame. he stood there, thinking how smoking would fix his life, which was a really big mistake.

The colt felt nervous suddenly. He realised how wrong would that be, and his hoofs started shivering. The lighter fell down, near enough to the courtains to burn them, and start a fire. Haze stood in shock, not knowing how to react. He wanted to scream his parent's names, but his mouth wouldn't allow him.

The fire started to get bigger and faster. It suddenly was all around him, and the whole house started burning.

Haze reacted, and he started to scream. "Mama! Papa!!" He called. His parents heard him, and his dad quickly went downstairs to save his son, when his mother was going for his sister. The ceiling started to fall down, and Haze was traped in the room, the only thing he could see was fire. Haze's dad called him "Son! I am comming for you, do not move!". The stallion jumped through the fire, getting burned. He fell down next to his son, but he managed to stand up and nuzzle him tightly "Do not worry, Son, everything will be fine.."

Haze's mom took Amber out of the burning house and then ran into it, looking for herhusband and his son. She entered the room and saw them in the circle of fire. Haze's dad saw his wife and nooded "everything will be fine, do not...!" suddenly, the ceiling made a really loud noise. Just in time, Haze's dad grabbed his son by his scruff and threw him over his mom. The ceiling fell down and Haze's dad got stuck under it. "Honey!!" his wife screamed, looking for answers. She ran onto the fire, but suddenly the ceiling fell down between her and his son. She coughed and shouted "Run Haze, run!!!".

Haze stood for a moment staring at his mother's eves in horror, but then he ran outside as fast as he could. The ceiling started to fall faster, but he managed to run outside. He held his sister and ran over the entrance of the garden. He sat down and stared to his house, horrored. It was all his fault.

The ambulances and the firefighters came. They started turning off the fire, even if it was too late. The ambulance took haze and his sister, leading them ove the hospital.

"I killed them..." Haze thought, fainting "I killed my own parents..."

Year passed, Haze and Amber were getting older, and the colt started getting into more problems. He started smoking at such a young age, just because he wanted to be like the other cool kids. He entered a group of teens who were thiefs and used to smoke and drink every day at school. But that friendship didn't last many time, since those guys abused Haze, and they often used or hurted him just for fun.

For the next years, Haze didn't have much friends. He had two who left him behind. Haze felt as if his life were going even downer, so he started drinking with more frequency.

One girl, He meet a mare. She was such a beautiful and sweet girl who cared for him and loved him from what he was. The stallion felt as If his life and his heart started to heal thanks to her, He threated her like a princess, and he loved her so much.

But one day, The stallion woke up and looked for his girlfiend all over his place, but he didn't find her. He walked over the kitchen a saw a note. He read it carefully, since it was from her girlfriend, and stood in shoock. The note said that the mare stole his wallet and that he only used him for the money; she had many relationships with other boys when they were together. Haze fell into the floor, drowning himself in tears, It was such a horrible feeling.

Haze thought about Suicide so many times, but He wouldn't feel good about it because he had his sister, and she was the only pony in his life that would keep him alive.
