【　CERBERUS　】
Cerberus is a gang consisting of experimented rabbits. A tight-knit group that are involved in shady trades. They're often spotted around the slum and black market. The sole purpose of this gang is to bring an end to Smiling Dogs, just to fulfill a revenge for one fallen brethren.

Members of Cerberus aged from 20~30. Red eyes with a bar code tattoo under their left eye. The tattoos are remnants of their life in the lab, tags for different experiments conducted. Every individual is blessed/cursed with enhanced capability and it is advised to stay away from them if you cherish your life.

( Ref: Current Dynamometer Crush Grip Strength World Record: 120KG ) Repetitive abuses of such power however, will cause severe muscle tear. Local bleeding, swelling and disability will occur, and it requires weeks to heal even with his boosted durability. This raw strength is rooted to his origin as a genetically modified test tube baby, created solely to be experimented on with drugs that improve physical performance; he was deemed a failure due to the self destructive backlash. ( Ref: BNHA Deku ) In terms of accuracy, speed and reaction time, he isn't hawkeye/sonic/matrix by all means. Just a hulk.

A man on a mission is the best way to describe 01. He has a strong sense of duty, brotherhood, and vengeance, thus stopping at nothing to hunt down those who have wronged his kin. The black market dealer takes his job seriously and if you plan to intimidate him, you'll be in for some broken bones. It is hard to negotiate with him as the man often appears indifferent and unfazed, with only so little word to offer.. If you happened to strike a nerve, 01 will spare no mercy. Pray to milie he doesn't get a hold of you for that would be the last of you.

【　BACKGROUND　】

Delphi Corp, a human experimentation laboratory fronting as a pharmaceutical firm, was starting a new project. Funded by underworld mobster, their goal is to create biological weapons for profit and fulfill any demands made by their benefactor. The project involved genetically modified test tube babies in the first year but the production came to a halt due to it’s costly maintenance. They opt to ‘all you can grab’ kids on the streets a year later as a cheaper & more efficient alternative.

01, along with another boy numbered, 04 were the few test tube babies that survived throughout the years. Together they were raised in the lab and kept under surveillance at all times. From age 7 onward, both the boys were tasked to take care of other children who came into the confinement. It was at this time, that 01 met with most of his future gang members.

With failures after failures and children dying one after the other, the funds stop coming one day, and the lab was thrown into disarray by the discord of their management team. Their benefactor was held captive by the police, charged with the crime of tax evasion; their communication was cease before news could get out. When the police force came to the facility with a search warrant, the researchers erase as much evidance as possible before bailing to save themselves. The alarm went off, and the guards were distracted. One of the children had the idea of escape, and the rest followed suit. In the midst of all that, some of the test subject was captured while members of cerberus got away.

01 & 04, being the oldest, continued to provide for their younger siblings until they could secure their own feeds. With his abnormal strength, 01 was recruited by local mobster while 04 joined a gang. Trained as a bodyguard, he learned the art of shady business dealings and armed himself with not only lethal weapons, but also with knowledge of the society that he had been secluded to during his younger days. He was able blend in among the norm much easier thanks to the violent bunch that took him in. They gave him a job to support his family and built connections to make ends meet.

His family was a big one when they escaped. One by one they passed. The daily drug intakes had finally taken its toll on them as their life span shortened with internal damages creeping out from their slumber. It was miraculous enough 01 and 04 lived this long. They kept close contact with one another, despite going separate ways. Every now and then, everyone would gather, to meet in the slum, to keep each other updated on their well being.

04 had gone out of contact for days. 01 and the others searched for him. To their dismay, 04 had died from an accident. The gang he joined, the Smiling Dogs, was responsible for it, and they’ve decided to take revenge, even if it’s the last thing they do. Cerberus was formed.

Many more have joined their ranks since the day they banded together. Cerberus would sometimes be called a terrorist group due to the destructions they've caused. 01 paid no mind to those who used their name for their own gain. If the copycats get in the way, then he wouldn't even bat an eye at eliminating them. Their desire for vengeance remained unshaken, despite the cruel battle against time with their deteriorating condition.

■ Resumed to call himself 01 because cant be bothered getting used to a new name.
■ Forgot his kids siblings' names sometimes and calls them by double digit out of habit.
■ The more strength he execute, the more burning sensation he feels in the area of use. That's how he learn to control the power level.

■ A weapon dealer who can read and write but nothing complicated. Leaves the hard stuff to mobster secretary.
