I love the style of this very much. Most I see like this look melted off the skull while this looks almost apart of it.
I do love how you made it a straight face and how his eyes look. The coloring is also really nice. It's not too vibrant so you can still see the skull side.
The only thing is the contrast between the face and the skull. One looks too harsh to look at. I only notice the skull side when I first see it. A better balance would work between them

Your colouring is great and your detailing, especially in the eye and beard are spot on! The amount of effort put into the shading of the skeleton is way beyond anything I could do. I really like the concept too!
If I could recommend one thing, it would be to make the jaw a little broader. Most* men (including jackcepticeye) have wider jaws than women, with a shallower incline towards the ear. His faces shape appears a bit too feminine as a result of not doing this. I tend to have the opposite problem when drawing women.
