mme. hannah is the ring master/owner of a freak show/circus kinda deal. it's probably called something like cirque d'horreur or something. 
anyways the members of it are mostly non human? but there are a good number of humans to. some members i can think of off the top of my head include the hagebak twins, philomena (she's the one to bring hagebaks there in te first place. shes like there mom), ottilie (a clown),xer (a shitty clown) and a lot of others? all kinds of acts and stuff
mme. hannah is obsessed with any one nonhuman, she's obsessed with expanding the members of her cirque and views the people in her show as one big collection, sees them more as objects then people. She's pretty good at hiding her intentions and obsessiveness. everyone views her as a mom and the cirque as kind of a haven (most nonhumans have had a pretty rough time with humans). she calls everyone her kids. cirques kinda like a family. 
she can be kinda???? towards humans bc she views them as boring (she believes both hagebaks are humans before finding out narcyz is not) she's not typically like. outright cruel to humans but she'll mostly ignore them and ignore them being hurt by other non humans.
she is also!!! one of rolands past reincarnations and shares a few traits with him : O the big one being: she is actually an unfeeling void and her cheery excitable personality is an act. She is an asshole. way to go hannah

Holy shit. This whole circus deal sounds really, really god damn cool... 
I keep hearing about Xer. Would you mind telling me a little bit more about him?
Since the circus has a french theme going on, does the Hagebak twins stay there overlap with Narcyz relationship with Tit?
Also. I love Mme. Hannah. Even if she is an unfeeling void. And is associated with Roland. She's really, really cool. *_* <3
