Running with the Lady Silvie theme.......

I'm making a series of one-panel comics that may eventually connect somehow to detail the adventures of medieval versions of Silvie, Patrick, Tsura, Dyanne, and other characters

I'm studying medieval hierarchy and customs and such so forgive me and feel free to critique/educate me if it's too unrealistic. I AM changing some parts of it for the sake of the story (I'd really rather keep Silvie unmarried past age 9 and without children yet), so keep that in mind x3

This version of Silvie (my fursona but changed to have a more defined history and personality), is a lady that lives with her family in a small castle owned by the ruling Kingdom and watched over by her parents, a Count and Countess. Her parents wish the best for her and desire that she be primed as a true lady so that someday she could marry someone higher in rank or at least a wealthy lord, but Silvie really has little interest in it herself. Her true passion lies in witchcraft, of course! (Are all the witchy pictures I've submitted so far making sense yet? )

Due to her upbringing as a lady, Silvie is highly timid and bends over backwards to please those around her and to meet their expectations. She regularly bites her tongue and goes along with their desires, but when she's given the chance, she sneaks out of the castle walls to slip away to her witch's lair and practice magic-- an old stone tower-like building, half-collapsed and boarded up. Years ago Silvie fixed up the inside of the old tower, but leaves the outside as crumbled-looking and overgrown as possible so that no one trespasses on her magical artifacts and such.

This version of Silvie, too, is in a relationship with robertvarulfur robertvarulfur's Patrick, who I can not decide if he is a lord or a prince. Probably a wealthy traveling lord from a different kingdom. C: Patrick managed to stumble upon Silvie's witch's tower while visiting her kingdom and rather than the whole 'burn the witch!' scenario occurring (as it did with her previous suitor), Patrick was fascinated by the young witch.

Little did he know that he'd meet the witch again the next day when he came to Silvie's castle to meet the count and countess. But fortunately for them both (as Silvie would have turned him into a toad if he'd dared to tattle), Patrick kept Silvie's doubl life to himself and the two fell in love, yada yada yada story development etc.

Buut Patrick lives in a foreign kingdom and can only visit Silvie a few times a month when performing lordly duties (I guess?) and they otherwise communicate through letters carried by Patrick's red hawk (a falconing bird) and Silvie's witch's familiar, a small black raven. When he can visit, though, Patrick always brings lower animals (non-anthro/non-sentient animals) for the count and countess as payment for Silvie's future hand in marriage.... along with bringing silvie witching supplies, secretly. ;3

For those of you that notice my maned wolf hiding her bat wings........ read the last comic I posted xD /or I'll describe it loosely here...

Silvie is a pure maned wolf, but as one of her first true potion-spells she attempted to make a bat familiar and added too much powdered wing of bat...... and breathed in the billowing smoke that resulted. The spell gave her bat wings So she immediately confided this to her sympathetic maids and they were able to mend a dress with longer sleeves to hide the wings in.

Her wings are not permanent --- she can temporarily remove/hide them with another spell, but when anxious/emotional/etc. they always appear anyway, so she always has the long-sleeved dress when around company anyway due to her constantly anxious demeanor.
