Alucard from Hellsing Ultimate/OVA! And seriously, its stated several times that his guns can only hold like seven or eight bullets (it's definitely under twenty for them combined) and yet the quantity of blood and the number of dead suggest that there was a whole lot more than what he's SUPPOSED to have in his clips. And I didn't see squat for ejected clips on that floor, except the ones he does AS HE LEAVES THE ELEVATOR.
