Yeah but people are still having/will continue to have problems as well as you having to directly message him in order to sell any of your work that you tagged inktober that you want to sell. Plus a lot of the art community agrees theres no way he couldn't know this was going to happen as there is too much grey area in something like that and I'd just like to avoid all of it all together.
