Description First Avatar:TLA fanart I've done in over two years. They've been showing it a lot on Nicktoons network lately, and I felt like I should give the first show I ever loved some appreciation

Originally, Aang was going to be by himself in the picture, but then I decided to add Momo on his arm, and added Appa in the background for the lulz. In hindsite, I sort of wish I put Appa further into the foreground and had Aang petting him with his other hand, but other than that, I'm really happy with this picture.

We were little spazzes in our Avatar phase I still have a ton of the drawings I did, and I hate looking at them because they were both sue-tastic and crappy shojo-ish DX

Appa is the one who does all the real work in this series. I bet they've been showing it a lot because of the movie, but hey- a chance to see more of one of the best cartoons ever? I won't complain!

I think that's the exact reason they're showing it more. I hated them movie, but I'm glad they're showing the series all the time C:
