Now, before you say anything about this, I feel like I owe you guys some explanations.
And before I get to the explaining, let me just say that THIS is the exact reason why I DO NOT let my imagination run wild. Now, enjoy.

Starting from the top left corner;

Private, the cutest, most naive and the most gullible of them all. He may seem like a fluffy ball of adorability, but you do not want to mess with him, especially when he's holding the last Peanut Butter Winkie in the world and you're hoping he would share it with you.

Skipper and Marlene, also known as Skilene. I don't have anything sensible to say about the first one, but in the other, Skipper got zapped by one of Kowalski's love rays (he's got thousands of love centered inventions. You can thank Doris for those) and the blast made Skipper act the way he never does; romantically. The love ray, or the 'Feel-a-lizer 2.0' as Kowalski himself calls it, makes the targeted person reveal his truest emotions and makes it's subject the ultimate romance/charming expert. So, Skipper got romantic with Marlene, let's just leave it at that.

Now, Kowalski. Another one of his inventions gone wrong. He invented a machine that was supposed to turn the person's thoughts into music, find the perfect songs according to mood and even find the songs that are stuck in your head, but you don't know the lyrics of. Now, he was testing it on himself when it went horribly wrong. The whole thing exploded, leaving Kowalski without his memory and thinking he was a world-famous rapper, by the name of Einstein's Undies for the following 12 hours. In that short period of time, he was able to preform 8 different concerts in 3 different states, really becoming a rap star. When the effect wore off, he didn't remember much, but found himself wearing a dark hoodie, sunglasses, a cap and holding a microphone. He found a piece of paper from his hoodie's pocket which had the name 'Einstein's Undies' written on it. He stuffed his rapper clothes in a drawer and hurried off to see the chimps, so that they could help him find out more about this 'Eintstein's Undies' from the internet. What they found, was something Kowalski never wanted anyone to know, especially any of the other team members. So from that moment forward, he tried hiding his rather successful rapper career and promised himself that he wouldn't let anybody else know. If only that were so simple.

The Rico on the left side of the paper is just apologetic and down right adorable.

The Rico on the right side of the paper has a completely different story. You see, our Rico, is living a second life as New York's greatest weapon dealer and seller, Mr. Ricora Kabloomvera. (Make those 'r'-s european. You know, so they actually sound similar to a cat's purring.) How else would you explain where he gets all the bazookas and grenades? I say, he's a successful weapon dealer and when he gets some new stuff, he uses Kowalski's Shrink Ray to shrink the weapons into penguin-size.

Now Mort. As you can see, he's a fan of Einstein's undies. You see, one day, Mort decided to find out where the sun lives so he started following it. When the sun finally set, he ended up at a contsert and decided that he wanted to inspect the place thoroughly, maybe even find the sun. At first, he was cautious and didn't really know what to think and what to do, but after hearing a few of Einstein's Undie's /Kowalski's songs, he found himself liking it, if not even loving it. So, after that concert, he made his way back to the zoo, wearing a the shirt you see on the picture and constantly singing/rapping songs. The other lemurs questioned it, but didn't really pay much attention. But Mort's new addiction is bad for Kowalski's situation. You see, every time the penguins show up in the Lemur habitat, Mort clings to Kowalski and calls him by his rapper name. He also begs him to sing the "Fish and Chips" song. But Kowalski is still trying to hide his short rapper career from the others. The others are suspicious, but choose not to question it, because, well, it's Mort.

On the left side of the page, you can see Marlene's reaction/facial expression when she saw Mort wearing the Einstein's Undies shirt.

On the bottom left corner, there's Julien trying to cheer up Marlene. I'm still more of a Skilene shipper, but Julene is cute too. And I like the idea, that King Julien is always there for Marlene, always trying to cheer her up when she's feeling down. Julien likes to see people happy, having fun, and he feels like it is his duty, to make others smile, especially the ones closest to him. So yea, he's trying to turn Marlene's frown upside-down since she's having a bad day.

I also wanted to try to draw Julien dancing. The rear-end may be a bit too big, but the booty is important. How can you shake a booty that is not there?

Last, but not least, there's Marlene and Skipper. I don't know how well you can see them, since my scanner likes f*cking with every picture and making it too bright ( I tried redusing the brightness so everything would be more visible. Yea, it ain't gonna get better than this.),but there are sticks of dynamite around the entire paper, and the pack of TNT under the dancing Ringtail has a flag with a message "Bye-bye, booty-for-brains".
Marlene: "Skipper, are you trying to blow up this page?"
Skipper: "....Noo...." *hides detonator behind back*
Marlene: "Mhmmm, so would you mind explaining why there's dynamite everywhere and all the fuses lead to something you're hiding behind your back?"
Skipper: "Wha...what dynamyte? I.. I don't see anyth- THIS PAGE HAS TOO MUCH CLASSIFIED INFORMATION!" *blows up paper*
