After the hero was always scary / grainy, I found out that the reason was the Cinematic render Resource Kit. Now I had to render the hero separately. Unfortunately, one can not easily reconstruct the light from such tools separately. I've used 2 Distant and 1 Spotlight to lighten the shadows that occur in normal light. The second Distant serves to lighten the shadows from behind. The render had to be set to "scene only" because otherwise the green-blue light color did not take effect. This is again a case where you unexpectedly sit longer because suddenly something is not working as expected. The integration into the right scene, the adjustment of the colors by the histogram and the fog I did in Photoshop.

Very atmospheric; I especially like the landscape effects and overall setting and colouration.

Don't I know the feeling... "just a quick render" and the you end up fiddling with it for hours...

It came out great though; just the sort of great adventure story that I enjoy!
