Here's one of my OC's for the Rise of the Guardians head cannons of my "Where there's Darkness, there's Light" universe, Noel Saint North, who's also known throughout the world over as Mrs. Claus, as well as North's wife.

This time, I wanted to give her a little bit more oomph to her design as well as Hayley's, such as giving Noel a new tattoo and a weapon of her own.

. Noel takes on the appearance of an elderly, kindly grandmother. She wears a long sleeved red blouse with a dark green skirt and usually wears an apron over it whenever she's cooking (and she's a really great cook). She wears black pants underneath her skirt with golden slippers. She has blue eyes and white hair like her husband, and she usually wears her hair up in a tight bun and green hair net.

. In case if any one's wondering where she's been, she's been making sure things are up and running at the South Pole for a while. Sometime after the events of the movie, she returns home and overjoyed to see her husband North again.

. She has a French accent that's almost as thick as her husband's Russian accent.

. Her scent is sugar plum.

. She's a natural at cooking food, especially cookies. And cookies and milk are her favorite food and drink, just like North.

. She is one of those few people that Pitch actually tolerates.

. She is also an expert at being a nurse. She heals and cleans everybody's wounds, including Pitch's. Though there's this one scar on his back that takes a very long while to heal.

. Underneath the sleeve of her blouse, there's a tattoo of a mistletoe on her left arm.
