I love the sense of unity in this--as well as the character designs. It's very sweet and fun. I like how Ed has Ling in a headlock. That's so typical and amusing.

This is the best FMA art I've ever seen, really it is. The pairings SEEM to be there, but they aren't so explicit that they'd annoy a hater, at least not in my opinion.
And, of course, always a plus--everyone's actions are so in character! I especially love everyone's clothes.

OMG, I love this picture! *_* It's so...happy! And "everyone" is there! Group pictures are awesome! I wanna know what Riza said/did!!
Everyone looks perfect! Winry looks so cute and all "you comin'?", and Ed is totally in character, Greeds like "What the hell?! I don't want friends anymore!!" Ling and RanFan looks adorable, and is she holding Greed's leg? XD, and Al *squee*, and Mei looks so cute in those clothes and hairstyle! And Roy & Riza, supposed to supervise the youth (I don't know, I just got the feeling they're going to the beach, and they'll have a campfire, and barbeque and beer and then they'll all snuggle and tell stories!), I don't think Roy will do such a great job!
