Hi there!
Thank you so much!

I used a baseball cap and some plastic canvas to create the base, then I just wrapped it up with hair. and tied it in with the ribbon.

If you do get a chance to go, don't pass it up. I went once with my ex and it was awesome. If your other costumes are as good as your Rita's, then you could be a contender for some of there competitions; that is if there are some, IDK but yeah, I wish I could have gone this year but sadly like you, the funds and the time were not available. If I ever do go back, my problem would be to find someone to pal around with me. I'd hate to go by myself.

You look exactly like her, but did she really have pointy boobs? lol It's been so long since I've watched power rangers, I found out not too long ago that one of my favorite voice actors played as Adam Park or aka the Black Ranger. Gosh he's so handsome but he's married. He is so perfect for playing as Ichigo Kurosaki! But I love my lil shiro-chan! Sorry I didn't mean to star ranting on about anime. From Power Rangers to Bleach

Well I used a baseball cap for the base and plastic canvas to create the horns, then I just got some cheap extensions and just hotglued it in certain areas to the headdress, used the ribbon to keep it mostly in place and tada!! xp
It was actually really cheaply made, but I was on a budget.
