Lovely work! I especially like how the two characters seem to compliment each other well (at least in terms of colours - they both seem ice-themed to me (I'm not too familiar with League of Legends, sorry!)). The cel shading works really well here. I also like the background. Great work, keep it up!

According to the lore of League of Legends they are sisters battling for the right to become the queen of Freljord, the cold north so you weren't so far off
