man, I've been "sculpting" minatures for about 5 years or so, but i've only sculpted like 15 or 20 (most of them are on deviant art) I would work on something and not touch it for like 4-7 months. then work on another small part and come back again in a few months. Now i try to sculpt at least an hour or two a day.

one figure can take about 20 hours. If i was doing it full time i would probably be able to do 2 or 3 in a week.
