I loved Radagast in The Hobbit. How dare people compare him to Jar Jar from Star Wars!

I hate good wizards in fairy tales, they always end up being him...

And sometimes you think it will be Merlin but nope that's still him.

He just doesn't play fair, does he?
He's probably the genie from the lamp as well...
Able to grant wishes, ancient as time itself, lives in a container that is clearly bigger on the inside....
I can only hope this makes him the fairy godmother as well...

Don't Forget that Tom Baker did do BBC Version of Narnia series as Puddleglum

Didn't realise that. I'll have to watch it again. I think I might have only seen the first part when it aired back when I was a wee kiddie.

It took me a couple of seconds and I knew who he was playing going in but I was still "wait-what?"

Did he really? That's a lot better then Dungeons and Dragons. I watched that when I was a kid, it was on t.v but I don't remember Tom Baker in it. Hmmm... maybe they never aired the whole thing in Canada. I only distinctly remember The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe parts. Will have to watch that again.

He did! and I have screenshots around here somewhere to prove it. The BBC Narnia things were seperate, like, one miniseries for each book. They made it up to at least "A Horse and His Boy", 'cos I remember seeing that in a video shop once long ago. (And unfortunately had no money on me at the time, dangit.) 1-4 were shown on "Wonderworks" in America, which is how I got to know about them.
Although at the time I wasn't a Whovian yet, so all I thought about Puddleglum is "Yay, Puddleglum!"
(For extra weirdawesomeness, I swear the girl who played Jill Pole is nearly _my goddamn CLONE_, she looks so much like me at that age, but that's a subject for another day...)
...Notorious

I didn't recognize him in The Hobbit (I'm still a rather nuWho, but I've watched some of the classics), but this made me smile.
