Long time everyone, I apologise for such the delay on commissions and activity in general. I've been struggling at University recently and it's really taking a toll on me. I probably shouldn't have made this piece but I did so lol. Commissions are being worked on and will be uploaded soon. You are all amazing people and I love you all so much!-----------------------
Decided to do some lineless. Never really attempted it before and I'm uber happy with how it came out!
The magic effect was so hard to do, I lovveee
Some details aren't included as to keep the simplicity of lineless however I may add them later (probs not I'm lazy)

Holy cow, this is a really beautiful piece! I love how warm the colours look and blend together, and how the Northing has such a slim and graceful looking physique. The background is super nice and softens the piece even more.
The anatomy, overall, fits really well, with the hair and fur that falls naturally and it having a good sense of balance and symmetry. One tiny thing, though, is that towards the left side of the piece, the tail stars to morph and stretch out a bit, making it look a little uneven in size and unnatural.
Even though the shading is rather minimalistic, it looks really great. It's placed just right, so the viewer can differentiate her separate limbs, though I'd suggest making a darker shadow in the few areas you've selected, especially under the neck/snout. In this case, it's a bit difficult for my eyes to tell the difference between the two. (Also, an optional thing, in my opinion, is that I would add a soft glow around areas that the orb's light is hitting the most, such as the tip of the snout. Though it might ruin the simplicity of the style, so it'd be up to you to decide.)
For the focus, my eyes were immediately drawn to the magic orb she's levitating in front of her. Though it's super detailed compared to the Northling, it doesn't look misplaced in the piece, since her design has enough details in itself.
Overall, this drawing has an extremely beautiful and elegant feel to it.

How did you draw the "energy orb" by the way? I'm kinda curious.

Got the general shape done in Photoshop. Brought it over to illustrator and did a nifty lil thing called "image trace" to vector it. Then added a Gaussian blur to the edges as well as a blur behind the object to give it that glowy look ^^
