Journal entry 1: I have arrived at this forsaken place with my allies. though it has been almost three hundred years since anyone has remember this place I and my team have taken the utmost precautions before coming here. The virus that ravaged this land has been either dead or dormant for a long time but I do not want to take any chances. We first came upon a town covered in foliage and debris almost as if there had been a battle long ago. Some of the buildings still have blood stains on them if not faint ones at least on the outside. We only explored one building which was all we could take. It was a tall building mostly unscathed and stable looking, it must have been a trauma center. There were skeletons everywhere and blood caked the walls, furniture and even the ceiling. Although I do not wish to remember some of the details I shall try to write them down for documentations sake. Some of the bone we saw were horribly disfigured and dismembered. skulls caved in, arms with no bodies and even one torn apart, half on the floor the other part on a bed. Whatever happened here was horrible and just the aftermath long after whatever tragedy had happened was enough to cause nausea, I had to send one of my crew mates back to calm down and rest. After more investigation we discovered the photo shown here. someone had a journalistic mind and took this picture, possibly after what happened.
