Commissioned by:Here's a commission of Killer Frost in her Regime form from Injustice: Gods Among Us
I have to say, I really dislike this outfit lol 
both from a design stand point and for practicality issues :/I really had to simplify it... a LOOOOT
It was way too over complicated for my style. That being said, I did do my best to get as close as I could to the original outfit. It was hard, but I'm fairly satisfied with the results and I hope you guys are too
