How do you do these? Is it the burn tool? I like the glowing effect.

Just a touch of the burn tool to bring out some contrast at the end. Mostly it's using layer effects to see what looks cool. Playing around is the best!

I actually got to pet a golden retriever puppy named Roo today! She was so sweet and playful!

It's so metallic, I love how bright and shining the head is, it makes him look like he's breathing fire!

Awesome. The tail looks a little off, cuz it seems to be done in a somewhat different (smoother) style than the rest of it, but otherwise it's really cool-looking. :3
