I especially like that you added red to the composition, and didn't color anything else. Ties it up nicely.

It's awesome in a very twistedly sick way. I love it. I like mosquitos... drawing them anyway. But ever since I saw that one Teen Titans with the guy wth the spider head, the whole "something else as my head" disturbs the hell outta me. But these things are cool.

Nyaaa! It's not a new thing. One egyptian god has an entire scarab for a head, (and are in a story I read...doodle of it somehwere). It's more interesting then an "anthro" animal IMO. And delightfully creepy :>

Yeah, your brain is still functioning normally but you're so doped up on mosquito-hormones and such that you're 'drunk' most of the time and become emotionally stunted. A person basically shares senses and brains with the bug half.

Wow, that's creepy, yet well thought out! And I love that note on the bottom about people who bitch about the anatomy of something like that. I think Gary Larson made a similar statement in the Far Side (about mosquitos, too, no less). Something along the lines of "Entomologists complained that only the female mosquitos bite. It's apparently otherwise perfectly acceptable that they're wearing clothes and speaking English, here."

Bwahaha, my point exactly. Technically they can't even get that big without collapsing/suffocating anyway (you don't see bugs that big nowadays) so it's crap nomatter what!
