Personality: The youngest of four the four children, Diem is on the shorter side for his age, standing at about 5'7. He hates being made fun of for pretty much any of his shortcomings even if he doesn't let it show at first. Something that unfortunately comes often with his black hair and golden eyes. While there's nothing he can do about it when the other kids in his family tease him and run away from him laughing about being an unlucky black cat, he has found that he can vent his frustrations out on the rest of the world. Often looking for an excuse to tussle when there's nothing better to do. A short sneer, a glare at the dark haired young one, sometimes he'll even go out of his way to roam back allies not as some vigilante saving those in distress, but because he's out looking to pick a fight wherever he can find it. Lately this sort of behavior has quelled however with the handful of friends he's managed to make. Not wanting to disappoint them more than his own family.
He'll come home with bruises and scrapes, refusing to give rhyme or reason for his poor behavior. It merely ostracizing him more from the rest of his 'classy' siblings. They weren't rich by any means, being the standard middle class at best, but his mother insists on living a lavish lifestyle as if they were nobles. It's not that Diem doesn't know how to get along with people, or is socially inept either. A graceful dancer, he's perfectly capable of biting his tongue, cleaning up well, taught his mannerism, knew when to listen or spark a normal conversation, and treated women with only the utmost respect; it was simply closer to Jekyll and Hyde compared to his ventures outside. As long as he behaved when it mattered, his family left him to his own devices. Staying as far away from the house when he could afford it, yet always returning when he was called back for his checkups and special events. It was tiring, but deep down, he still wants to be accepted and loved by his family.

[Chrono Compass] (DIARY) Young Gays 10Slowly fluttering open his eyes, Ryou stretched out his wings as he stared at the mass of black hair that was snuggled into him on the pillow. The previous night of dinner then late night snuggles still fresh in his head as if it just happened and wasn’t many hours ago. Rubbing the small bun that was purring away with his head pressed against Ryou, he grinned as Diem slowly stretched out. Still purring up a storm as he fluttered open those gold eyes to look at Ryou.
“Good morning, darling. Did you sleep well?” He cooed, getting that soft and tired meow back that was just pure adorable. It reminded him of the other black cat he kidnapped as a kid, leaving him wondering was it also Diem at this point.

Any guess was good at this point, as Clover held the torn lead that the rabbit had chewed through. It was pretty much ruined, but it would be good to tie it back together so he could lead the blue spotted rabbit home. Maybe it’s odd coloring should have been a warning that this little bunny was trouble, but Kane cooed how sweet and cute it was. It was so fluffy, how could it ever be any trouble? With a pregnant husband, you don't argue with what he wants. As he learned very fast and tried to always appease his ginger darling.

[Chrono Compass] Dragon Knight (Rider Prestige)Ringing noises echoed through the airship, metal hitting metal, rhythmically, over and over again from the very bottom near the bedrooms. In one of the formerly abandoned rooms, a light blue color stuck out of a mask, heavy gloves covering his hands as a heavy hammer was lifted and brought back down. The thicker metal structure flattening out with each blow as the red color flaked off to reveal a daker monochrome color underneath. His wings were folded away and not too far from him his blue fluff stood in a special made ‘apron poncho’ for him, with a mask on as well. IN his mouth hung a bucket he sled close by, with pounces on the side of the ‘apron poncho’ holding different tools for him to use. It was hard work, but work that Ryou enjoyed doing as the end results would always be worth it. As he learned more they’d only become more beautiful and intricate as well.

[Chrono Compass] The Militia and Magic IVLurking in the shadows, Kaz kept his hood up and face mask up as his hazel eyes peered out through the goggles that were used to hide in interesting colored eyes. They were strangely colored and many people remembered him for those orbs that seen all, literally and figuratively. With his back pressed to the walls, he watched as people passed him by, a busy area it seemed, something he wished his hirer told him would be a thing when he sighed that pretty piece of paper. It was more a job for Ix, but as Ix was down and pregnant he was more than happy to finish up the last of his jobs so there were no loose strings that may fray and cause a few issues.

[Chrono Compass] Jobs (Adventurer I / Rancher II)Holding the distressed and crying bird, the dark haired male looked around as Kaz kept his black avian familiar close to his chest. Wrapped in the softest of towels he could find in his bag, he didn’t think someone would throw a rock up in the air and his rather chill familiar. Sure, it was strange having a large black bird circling in the air, but he wasn’t bothering anyone! He was just looking for things to bring back to Kaz. After the recent times of coming home empty handed, the raven was trying very hard to find something for Kaz this time.
As it was circling one last time as Kaz called him down so they could take a break and eat, the rock shot up in the air. Kaz didn’t really think to find where it was from, as his darling pet started flailing and diving and he slid under the dark colored bird and caught it. The impact had to only hurt more, but Kaz was doing his best to stay calm and cuddle the bird to keep it from crying out more.

"I don't like it!" Malice huffed as she turned away from the light again. Bringing up her wing, she even went so far as to shield herself from its blinding existence. Sighing, Diem clicked it off again. "You have to get use to it, what if we need to go off into a place that's filled with nothing but bright sunlight and glowing stuff?" her rider questioned, reaching over to stroke along her bumbled fur.
It was a nice feeling, but she still knew as soon as she looked back again, they would flash that light in her face. She wasn't a dark dragon, but that didn't mean she didn't have those bat-like traits that shied from the darkness. "Then I'll run back to Ryou and let you go with him!" Heaving a long sigh, this clearly wasn't the response he had been hoping for.
“Hurry up Ryou, it smells so nice.” Cas told his rider as he tippy tapped back and forth on the titled kitchen floor as close by Diem was trying to train Malice as dinner was made.

[Chrono Compass] Jobs (Alchemist II / III)Leaning against the counter and staring at the spoonful of soupy goodness that was thickening, Yua had to admit he wasn’t the most excited for it. Looking up to the dark haired male though who held it to him he opened his mouth all the same to try it. Chewing it a little, he told himself to not embarrass the small who was trying so hard but had clearly mistaken one mislabeled spice for a similar looking one. A mistake anyone could make when not in a kitchen they were familiar with, but one that had the dish tasting more sweet over spicy how he liked it. The curry he was making was also just not suited for sweet. As Diem took the silence as good, he reached out a hand to the milk with a small smile.
“Let’s hold off on that. I think we need to add a few more spices.” Trying to hint that all was not well, he motioned to the other to try it, knowing the best way to learn was to taste what it was first.

[Chrono Compass] Job (Alchemist II / Blacksmith I)"Blek, that's not right either," Sticking his tongue out at the curry, Diem just couldn't seem to get it right again. This had been his greatest creation yet too dammit! Today was a big event for the town he had come to. More specifically, he had traveled to this town BECAUSE there was a big event here. People were allowed to come from miles around to show off their new ideas and creations. As for the young chef of the hour, he was trying to correct a dish that had gone horribly wrong. Some idiot had smacked against the table he was preparing on despite the festive little flags he had stuck into the ground to dictate where not to mindlessly wander, causing him to put waaaay too much spice in his curry. While certain people liked it that way, he'd rather make it to where they could add in more if they wanted to. So there he was, rapidly making the batch bigger than he planned on the spot to try salvaging it before he lost too many customers.

[Chrono Compass] Jobs (Alchemist I)The smell of frying peppers and onions smoked up into the air, the pan sizzling as they were mixed together. Off to the side a pot of broth simmering away with root vegetables floating around in the brow liquid that Yua has made beforehand. He was told by passing chefs that it would make the meal all the more delicious if more things were made from scratch and not store bought, something he was trying to keep to even if he saw this as a hobby over anything.
Next to him the long but small in size dragon was wrapped around the spoon and rested it against the pot so it could sliter into the warm liquid that felt so nice against his scales.
“Levi, you know better.” the Incubus told him without even looking up, turning the heat down as the peppers softened and the onions became more translucent.

The First Mate's RoomDragging his hand along the railing, Ryou's air ship sure was something else. It was huge, and had made Diem wonder how they flew it by themselves before the obvious answer of 'magic' had come to mind. Perusing the deck, he was taking a look around while the other was off into town. He had yet to see them take off from where they currently parked at the edge of a cliff, but the thought actually made him look forward to it even more. He loved experiencing new excitements, adventures, '-storms'. Pausing in his walk, he blinked a bit at that last part, it hadn't been part of his inner thoughts. Sighing, he turned to head back downstairs, going for the room Ryou had been kind enough to prepare for him.
