You have to wait 2 weeks before you can change ownership of a CCCat, this is called 'the cooldown period.' You got this CCCat on December 2nd, which means you would have to wait until December 16th before trading it. This helps prevent rapidfire trade foddering as well as allows time for admins to make sure trades follow the rules.
