one thing hasn't changed since i left- i still can't draw papyrus. oh well!
for anyone wondering, papyrus and sans share equal rule over snowdin, especially since non of those living there can remember either of them before they assumed rule. they just showed up one day. weirder thing is, no one can seem to remember ruled snowdin before the two.
papyrus gets mad at his brother for "not attending to his duties", despite the fact that sans actually does more than papyrus when it comes to official matters. sans doesn't let papyrus know that, though. sans lets him think what he wants.
