Rash is one of the playable characters from the Battletoads series of videogames. Back in the day, these guys were cool as they would get, and they were evidently the competition to the TMNT rage of the 80's.I chose this guy over the other two because he has the coolest attitude, plus he's the nimblest... and has axes for special attacks!

Battle toads?
That was the baddest game ever! Cool ass characters and givin a beat down with steroid toads that would give the teenage mutant ninja turtles a run for their money was dam brilliant.
Granted the game was bit too tough for me to pass, but it was great fun and this here is a nice pic you got of it. Thanks for the post!
