> In case the auction winner doesn’t respond within 24 hours of me contacting them, the next highest bidder will be contacted if they would like to have the character instead.

> Don't make tentative bids or delete your bids. Again, please make sure you can pay for the bid you make. I allow delayed payments and installments as long as it's in a reasonable amount of time.

> You can resell or trade the character but only use it commercially if winning bid goes up to $150 or beyond, and it’s up to you if you want to credit me as the artist.

> I have the right to use the image for my portfolio and for non-profit personal promotion, but I will credit the owner.
