One thing that really shows your skills is how consistent this pic is- all the characters are well drawn, and the composition is really strong. You've done a great job of translating characters into your style, or using a cross-over style in some cases to get everything just right.
And I just noticed- the lighting is set for a stage, which makes sense, and is a really neat note to add to the scene.

That looks GREAT. It's amazing you still make beautiful drawings by hand instead of using computers to color them. I'm currently practicing with PhotoShop because I can't color anything by hand if my life depended on it.
