Done with 3d max and some post with Photoshop.Related content

Excellent render.
Good placement of objects.
Good lighting and use of textures.
However, the lights on the chandelier have glares that do not appear in its image in the mirror.
Also the pillow behind seems crumpled in a peculiar way, like its too soft and it has no stuffing inside.
Other than that excellent work.

Observant, you said a few places are the problem.
Especially the chandelier lighting, with the PS treatment, ignoring the mirror reflection.
