Well, he is. Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery, or so I have heard... but he wears this every year at the Halloween party.

At first, the rest of the army thought it was a joke, and they laughed. But after the fourth year in a row they saw that he was DEAD FREAKIN' SERIOUS.
Except soldiers number 34 and 13. 13 was being torn apart by a wildebeest, and 34 was on the computer viewing inappropriate content all that night.
I guess he really admires the king?
Anyways, he normally wears a see-through black fabric face mask with two yellow circles, but it's almost impossible to tell the difference when he does that so... for your convenience, he is not wearing that currently.
Maybe you'll see him in his "Super" costume next? He's still shopping around for what he calls a "monkey suit" but he's got the tie. If he does his hair the right way, they'll be pretty hard to tell apart.
See? It's not just cosplay. It's the perfect camouflage.
Oh, and before I forget... King Z and The Smiling Army were made by this guy-
