Great work, but might I suggest touching up the blood running from the lip. Unless you were going for a certain effect, it's a bit too translucent and flat.
Good work though, keep it up.

yeah I wanted it to look better but I have photoshop elements lol that program doesn't do so great with brushes but I'll see what else I can do. thanks
