Horse Of The Herd (HOTH) is a new-generation of Spirit: Stallion of the cimarron. There are 5 main herds, The Wind herd, The forest herd, The Creek herd, The Devils cry herd and The Night herd and all try to keep a good reputation with each of the herds lead-stallion. They may have disagreements but that is how everything works sometimes. The story-line takes place after Spirits death along with Rains from old age, they say that the stallions ghost lurks the plains to protect those who are in danger, while some believe that it's just a miracle if you get out of a situation with a Mountain Lion or another carnivorous animal. Some may also say Rains spirit lurks her home to protect the Native Americans that live there. To this day, The Spirit Herd lives on but stays away from other horses - while still protecting their loved ones and other horses as Spirit requested before he and Rain passed on. Every herd has a lead-stallion (king) a lead-mare (queen) and a prince or a princess which is the colt or filly of the king and queen. There are lone horses lurking around the lands, some wishing to cause mischief or harm to other horses in herds while some just come and go to mind their own business. There are different ranks, leaders being the highest, princes or princesses coming next, warriors, scouts, gatherers, healers and then a foal coming last.
