Mark Jansen is the guitarist, songwriter and sometimes singer of the Dutch symphonic metal band Epica.
I really love their music, they were a big inspiration and seem like really cool people. Hopefully I can get my drawings signed by them some day. (Once I have a full set of portraits, that is.)
The chalks aren't easy to handle, but I'm getting better already. I'll be drawing more of my favorite metal artists soon.
