your colors are just awesome, Christina. Awesome. Seeing Miss Frost as a good guy still messes with me. I'm almost 2 decades behind w/X-men (shaddup, I'm old)... she was part of the Hellfire Club when I was reading.

Next time can you put the pencils side by side for comparison?
I don't like the Emma painted face in panel 4, It is nicely done but it doesn't go with the rest of the page, did the penciller fail to draw it in?

Yes, his stuff is grayscale and there's even color in some of the shading. When I colored these it was a little tricky cause when you color ANYTHING grayscale it tends to muddy up your colors.
I had to do a bit of lineart/grayscale manipulation to make sure it didn't muddy things up too much. It definitely made for a different longer workflow than I'm used to.
Then again, recently I've noticed that I'm working on a LOT of grayscale stuff. XD

I can imagine! Simone is an incredible artist. MUst be an honor when they ask you to ghost color his pages.
Also, you mentioned that black gutters were a no, may I ask why? I've used them before but when you said they were a no-no, made me sweat a little bit, haha!
